Consultation Fees

• Standard consultation (30 minutes): $120

• Extended consultation (60 minutes): $220

Medicare EPC/CDM Referrals

Patients with a valid GP care plan may be eligible for up to five Medicare-subsidised physiotherapy sessions per calendar year. The rebate is $61.80 per session (item 10960).

• At Fascial Release Clinic, we do not bulk bill these sessions. Instead, you pay our standard consultation fee, and Medicare rebates $58.30 directly into your nominated bank account, usually within 1–2 business days.

Private Health Insurance

If you have physiotherapy cover with your private health insurance, you can claim your rebate on the spot via our HICAPS terminal. The rebate amount depends on your level of cover and provider.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things can happen in life. If you are unwell or have a family emergency, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your appointment to another patient in need. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

To help the clinic run smoothly and fairly for everyone:

• We kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows or late cancellations without reasonable notice may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee for that session.

• This fee cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health.

This policy helps us ensure that appointment times are used effectively and remain available for patients who need them.
